Dr. Joe Ungemah is a registered work psychologist and expert at helping individuals and organizations thrive. With experience as a Partner and Practice Leader for both strategy and specialized HR professional service firms, he has gained deep experience building and delivering talent approaches across the employee lifecycle, as well solving organizational challenges involving structure and culture.  By living and working across the US, UK, Ireland, and Australia, he is versed in the complexities of multinational organizations and differences in talent practices.  He is an author of three books about work psychology and the science behind Talent Management and acts as a frequent commentator in both industry and the popular press, most recently on the topics of well-being, social isolation, and the future of work.  Outside of the workplace, he is a fanatic of fencing, mandolin, and long-distance running.
