Assessment results are also used to onboard selected talent and provide feedback to unsuccessful internal candidates. Duality’s approach progresses through the following phases:
- Define the Success Profile through rigorous consultation with those responsible for the role
- Design by mapping the Success Profile to a suite of exercises and psychometrics
- Assess candidates by experts in work psychology, with results written up in a report format
- Recommendations to the hiring team about either fit to role or readiness for promotion
- Feedback for either onboarding or to develop unsuccessful internal candidates
Duality is certified to use industry standard assessments (e.g., SHL, Saville, Hogan, MBTI) and utilizes only professionally trained assessors.
