
COACHING
There are critical moments in every worker’s life. Joining a new company, taking on increased responsibilities, being considered for promotion, and even transitioning out of the workplace can shake confidence and create paralysis. Alternatively, interventions are sometimes warranted mid-career to rekindle work performance or reset work-life balance to avoid burnout. Whether for transition or performance, Duality uses science-backed methods for coaching, progressing across a series of five sessions that address tension and drive action:
- Framing to define the context, challenges, needs, and motivation for change
- Foundation Building to remind the individual about who they are and what matters most
- Visioning to solidify what the individual desires at work, in their career, or elsewhere
- Committing to Action by deciding on specific goals and the behaviors to achieve them
- Fine Tuning to reenforce agreed strategies and adapt to the context in real time
Duality is certified to use industry standard assessments (e.g., SHL, Saville, Hogan, MBTI) and incorporates established psychological interventions (e.g., CBT, Narrative, Acceptance-Commitment) in its approach.
